Bose gets customer service right!

I had bought a Bose headset for my iPhone about a year back, and thanks to my outdoor activities, the wire’s rubber coating was disintegrating fast. Unfortunately, I did not find the invoice. I put in a complaint on the Bose web site not really expecting a result. But not only did I get a call back from them, I got a replacement within 3 days!

Now they have one loyal customer for sure!
